Description of the process from loan application to disbursal.

Pre-qualification

Pre-qualification

The aim of the fast pre-qualification, which might be completed in as little as 24 hours, is to speed up the decision-making process following the submission of the loan application. During pre-qualification our colleagues thoroughly examine the company and the objective of the loan application, using public databases and the documents you have submitted. From these we can determine whether the company is eligible to apply for a loan in terms of legal and formal aspects, but the actual decision is only made after the submission of the loan application.

Administration of the application

Administration of the application

During the administrative process related to the application our staff will inform you of the documents you must submit in connection with your loan application. After this, the applicant must fill in the necessary forms and collect the appendices for the application.

The online interface serves to allow you to communicate continuously with our colleague in charge of your application during the administrative process, upload documents for us and track those chronologically. This allows us to provide you with quicker feedback to questions related to the loan application.

The expert opinion on real estate property (appraisal) relating to the loan application should be commissioned at around the same time. The appraisal is commissioned by the staff of Hitelpont Zrt., so please indicate such requests to our colleague and consult them in this regard.

We are only able to accept appraisals performed by one of our contractual partners.

Step 4

Submitting the loan application

The completed loan application documents and the company documentation compiled according to the checklist must be submitted to the staff of Hitelpont Zrt. The loan application shall be regarded as submitted if all necessary documents have been presented. We will also confirm this via the online application interface.

The application may also be submitted to Hitelpont Zrt. by one of our broker partners, provided that they have been duly authorised to do so by the agent of our client.

Assessing the loan application

The loan application is assessed at the offices of Hitelpont Zrt. The client will be informed of the decision by the loan administrator in writing and via telephone, as well as by recording it on the online application interface.

Signing the contract

Once the conditions for signing the contract, as defined during the assessment, have been fulfilled, a date is set for signing the contract. The contract is signed at the offices of Hitelpont Zrt., in the presence of the client, a notary, the competent agent and the loan administrator of Hitelpont Zrt. All loan contracts shall be drawn up as a notarised document by the notary present.

Simultaneously with signing the loan contract our colleague will provide comprehensive information on actions necessary for disbursal and present all forms and documents required for meeting the conditions to the client.

If Hitelpont Zrt. has found that all conditions specified in the contract have been met, the loan is transferred to the bank account designated by the client.

Step 9

Using the loan

The applicant must commence the project within 60 days of the disbursal of the loan, and attest this credibly to Hitelpont Zrt.

The applicant must complete the project within 24 months of signing the contract, and must attest this credibly, with documentary evidence.
