The modified MFB Crisis Loan and the new MFB Crisis Loan Plus will be available from 12.06.2020

MFB Hungarian Development Bank has released the new product documentation regarding the modification of MFB Crisis Loan and the newly released MFB Crisis Loan Plus products.

MFB Crisis Loan highlighted amendments:

• in case of real estate purchase and related loan refinancing, the duration can be up to 15 years
• the administrative burdens of real estate purchase loan objective have been eased

MFB Crisis Loan Plus highlighted terms:

• the product is based upon and therefore meets most major terms of MFB Crisis Loan
• no state guarantee is attached
• the highest loan amount can be 300.000.000 HUF

THE AMENDED MFB CRISIS LOAN AND NEWLY RELEASED MFB CRISIS LOAN PLUS IS EFFECTIVE FROM 12.06.2020, AND THEREFORE IS APPLICABLE FROM THAT DATE ON. MEANWHILE YOU CAN ASK FOR INFORMATION FROM OUR COLLEAGUES OR SUBMIT YOUR APPLICATION ONLINE.
